My father, Md. Alamgir Khan – went to the land of no return – – –3 years have passed

He died on Sunday, 11/6/23 at the National Heart Foundation Hospital.

All of you should pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul.He was buried in the family graveyard in Gandhina village of Kalihati police station under Tangail district.

Wherever I go, I can never return, no matter how much I cry. Even then, my mind does not agree. My mind does not calm down. Wherever I look, I only see my father. I cannot forget my father. Although his memory is everywhere. Although after his death, I became a little mentally ill, due to which I did not have the mentality to give any news on Facebook or online newspapers. That is why many people are blaming me for not giving news, so I apologize to everyone. Please forgive me.

My father was the president of the CBA Workers’ League of the Life Insurance Corporation and was elected twice in a row. During the last BNP government, Tarek Zia himself gave my father compulsory retirement. So my father took it upon himself and did not raise any high school children. My father was an honest politician. Although he protested, he later accepted it.

Pallabi was a dedicated and honest worker of the Awami League of Mirpur. Until his death, Pallabi was the religious secretary of the Awami League of Thana.He was also the secretary of the managing committee of Dr. Muhammad Shahidullah Adarsh Vidyapeeth School and College.He was the founding secretary of Masjidul Jumu-a.

And during the existence of the Noori Mosque, he served as the cashier for many years. Later, when the Shaheed Muktijoddha Mosque and Madrasa was named after him, he served as the secretary for many years before that year. He was still on the advisory committee of the said mosque until his death.

He came to Mirpur Pallavi in 1977. At that time, he was involved in political and social activities with former MP Ilias Mollah’s father, Harun Mollah. Former councilor Alhaj Sajjad Hossain Mollah’s father, Akkas Ali Mollah, was also a very close friend and they used to work together on many social and political activities.
